What methods do you use to source candidates?
We use a variety of methods to source candidates and we believe in tailoring our approach to suit the role.
Some of the search and attraction techniques we utilise include:
• Targeted search
• Exposure through our communications channels
• Comprehensive and strategic media advertising including print, online, radio, outdoor
• Pinpoint recruitment
• Referrals – particularly effective for specialised roles
What are the fees I will have to pay?
It depends if the role is temporary/contract or permanent. Our temporary/contract rates are negotiated on a case-by-case basis and we are able to provide lower rates for volume recruitment. For permanent placements our fees are based on a percentage of the salary package offered to the successful candidate, however we are also able to offer fixed dollar packages.

Is there a guarantee period for the people I employ?
With permanent placements we offer a 90-calendar day replacement guarantee.

We have an exceptionally stable team of experienced Consultants who have fantastic networks and who operate in an ethical manner at all times.
